A Federal High Court in Abuja has nullified all the processes of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, which led to the emergence of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as the party’s candidate for the 2027 election.
In a judgment on Thursday, the court also nullified the emergence of the former Senate President, David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola and others as National Officers of ADC.
Also, all candidates nominated for the 2027 general elections have their nominations cancelled on account of emerging from illegal and unlawful leadership of ADC.
