The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari has honoured eminent lawyer, Professor Yusuf Olaolu Ali SAN with the traditional title of Kuliya ngeri of Ilorin Emirate.
The title means the pinnacle of the Law or peak of the Law of Ilorin Emirate.
The holder of the title is the Legal Adviser to the Emir and leads the Emirate’s legal team.
Emir Sulu Gambari said the title was meant to acknowledge and reward Prof Yusuf Olaolu Ali’s immense contributions to the development of the Ilorin Emirate.
