The Senate of University of Ilorin has elected Olalere Adeyemi as Deputy Vice-Chancellor.
Professor Adeyemi, of the Department of Linguistics and Nigerian Languages, was elected on March 31, 2026.
“His appointment reflects the University’s confidence in his academic experience and leadership capacity to contribute to institutional growth and development,” the University said in a statement.
