Minister of State Petroleum Resources Chief Timipre Sylva in company of Executive Secretary Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) Engr. Simbi Wabote, toured flood ravaged spots, in Tombia, Igbogene Internal Displaced People (IDP) Camp and Okobe both in Bayelsa and Rivers States.
