Apparently caught flat footed over Wednesday’s directive by President Muhammadu Buhari that members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) interested in elective posts must resign latest by Monday, Minister of Labour and Productivity, Dr Chris Ngige has withdrawn from the Presidential race.
The withdrawal was contained in a statement issued on Friday May 13.
Ngige said he took the decision to withdraw from the Presidential race after consultations and the decision has already been communicated to President Muhammadu Buhari.
