Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola has celebrated Alhaja Islamia Iromini, on her 75th birthday, describing her as an exceptional woman whose life has been defined by virtue, selflessness and compassion.
In a birthday tribute, the former Nigerian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, expressed profound joy and gratitude for the milestone, saying 75 years represented not just an age but a remarkable journey marked by experiences, sacrifices, lessons, relationships and enduring impact.
He praised Iromini for her hard work, resilience, dependability and willingness to support those around her, noting that her qualities had earned her the love and respect of people who had encountered her.
“Your willingness to give, care, support, and stand firmly for those around you is a testament to the depth of your character,” Isola said.
He described the sacrifices made by his elder sister over the years as invaluable, stressing that her contributions to the wellbeing of others should never be taken for granted.
According to him, Iromini’s life demonstrates that true greatness is measured not by titles or material accomplishments but by “the lives touched, burdens lifted, values upheld, and legacy created.”
Isola also prayed for continued divine protection, sound health, peace, happiness and prosperity for the celebrant.
He further prayed that Almighty Allah would reward her sacrifices, forgive her shortcomings, grant her success in this world and bless her with eternal bliss in the Hereafter.
“May the years ahead be filled with greater joy, divine favour, and the beautiful rewards of a life well lived,” he added.
The former envoy concluded by wishing his sister many more years of life and prosperity.
“Happy 75th Birthday, my dearest elder sister, Alhaja Islamia Iromini. Many happy returns of the day. Long live and prosper! Amen,” he said.
