Notable Islamic cleric and preacher, Sheikh Muyideen Ajani Bello, has been reported dead.
The news of his death was announced on Friday by Sheikh Akeugbagold Taofeeq.
He wrote; “Today is one of my saddest days ! My father and mentor, has returned to his creator. SULTONUL WAHIZEEN of Yorubaland Sheikh muhyideen AJANI BELLO,may Allah be pleased with your soul. Aljannah fridaos for you . Our heart is full of grief and our eyes full of tears but we will say nothing but what will please our Creator the sole commander of life and death – ALLAH”.
Chairman of Oyo State Muslim Community, Alhaji Ishaq Kunle Sanni, in reaction to the death wrote: SHEIKH MUYIDEEN BELLO HAS GONE TO MEET HIS LORD
IT IS THE END OF AN ERA
MAY ALLAH FORGIVE HIM HIS SHORTCOMINGS,
ACCEPT HIS MULTIFARIOUS ACT OF IBADAH AND ADMIT HIM TO JANNAT FIRDAOUS.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilaehin rojiun.
What a great privilege and blessing to have his soul taken on a Friday.
Pray Allah admit him into Al-Jannah firdaus.
