The long queues at fuel stations nationwide may soon become a thing of the past.
This optimism is borne out of a statement on Saturday, by the NNPC Limited, that it had deployed over 100 trucks to lift petrol at Dangote Refinery, Lagos, on Sunday.
NNPC Ltd added that hundreds more trucks are on their way to the refinery for the same task.
According to the NNPC, “In preparation for the Dangote Refinery’s scheduled petrol loading on Sunday, September 15, 2024, NNPC Ltd. has been mobilizing trucks to the refinery’s fuel loading gantry in Ibeju-Lekki.
“As of Saturday afternoon, NNPC Ltd. had deployed over 100 trucks, with hundreds more en route.”
