Vice Presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) Senator Kashim Shettima has said a new political chapter has opened in his life.
He spoke on Saturday, 16th July after he paid a visit to Ambassador Babagana Kingibe and a fellow former governor of Borno State, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff.
In a statement after, Senator Kashim said “Today in Abuja, I paid a thank you visit to a former Vice President, a former SGF, an Accomplished Diplomat, a father figure and an Elder statesman Amb. Babagana Kingibe and I also paid a similar visit to a political genius, my leader, my predecessor, a former Governor and a former Senator, Distinguished Sen. Ali Modu Sheriff.
“With these visits, I opened a new chapter in my political life and I thank them all for warmly receiving me and my entourage.”
