The Chairman, National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman and other senior officials of the Commission on Tuesday held a preparatory meeting during their emergency pre- Hajj visit to Saudi Arabia.
In attendance were the Commissioner of Operations, Prince Anofiu O Elegushi; Board Member representing Jammatul Nasril Islam (JNI), Professor Musa Inuwa Fodio; Chairman Forum of State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards (SMPWB) , Alhaji Idris Almakura, and his Deputy, Alhaji Faruk Aliyu Yaro.
Also present were Alhaji Rabi’u Na’Allah NAHCON’s Acting Director, Finance and Administration (DFA); Ustaz Abubakar Lamin, Dr. Haruna Danbaba, Barrister Abdulmumin Aliyu, Aliyu Bashir Aliyu who are all part of NAHCON delegation in different capacities.
Professor Sale Usman and his entourage also held another meeting with Mashariq Dhahabiyya Company, one of the service providers that served Nigeria’s pilgrims during the 2025 Hajj.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss on the services delivered by the company and what needs to be done more if engaged for 2026 Hajj.
