Kwara Gov appoints 16 women as Special Assistants

The Governor has also appointed Mr. Elelu Mubashiru Bolakale, a professional estate surveyor, as Special Assistant on Infrastructure (Kwara Central).

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has appointed 16 women as Special Assistants on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — each representing the 16 local government areas of the state and charged with the duties of supporting and promoting the administration’s efforts to achieve the goals.

The Shield Online reports that the appointees are: Usman Bilikis (Kaiama); Monsurat Lawal (Ilorin West); Khadijat Ibrahim (Ilorin East); Jibola Yusuf (Ilorin South); Abdulmumin Kane Habibat (Baruten); Aishat Motunrayo Yusuf (Asa); Deborah Lawal (Ifelodun); Kafayat Kazeem (Irepodun); Titilayo Ashaolu (Oke Ero); Oluwakemi Opeyemi Afolashade (Ekiti); Sani Kudirat (Isin); Esther Funlola Adejumo (Oyun); Amudat Muhammad (Moro); Fatima Mohammed (Patigi); Kashi Mohammed (Edu); and Dorcas Toyin Ogunwole (Offa).

 

The Governor has also appointed Mr. Elelu Mubashiru Bolakale, a professional estate surveyor, as Special Assistant on Infrastructure (Kwara Central).

Bolakale, a native of Ilorin, holds a bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi; and Ordinary National Diploma in Public Administration from Kwara State Polytechnic. He is a member of many professional bodies, including Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Nigerian Institute of Management, and International Facility Management Association.

The appointments take immediate effect.
