Gov. Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has offered immediate employment to Sham’unu Ishaq, a first-class graduate of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University whose video selling pure water to support his family recently went viral on social media.
Ishaq graduated with First Class honors in BSc (Ed.) Education/Biology during the 2021/2022 academic session and recently completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Taraba State.
“Academic excellence should be celebrated, not relegated to the streets,” Gov. Radda said as he directed the Head of Service to facilitate Ishaq’s immediate employment.
