Indonesian Hajj Funds Management Agency and NAHCON meet in Makkah on Corporate Governance , Risk Management, others

A delegation from the Indonesian Hajj Funds Management Agency ( BPKH) on Monday paid a visit on the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).

Led by a member of the BPKH Board, Dr. Acep Jayaprawira, they were received at NAHCON’s Makkah Office by the 2nd Pre-Hajj Visit Delegation headed by NAHCON Commissioner in charge of Policy,  Personnel Management and Finance (PPMF), Alhaji Nura Hassan Yakasai.

A statement from NAHCON said the visit was to further strengthen the good relationship between the two organizations.

Ideas were exchanged during the visit on Corporate Governance , Risk Management, Pilgrims Services and prospects for investments as means of managing the cost of Hajj.

Present at the meeting in addition to Alhaji Yakasai were Commissioner, Planning, Research, Statistics, Information and Library Services (PRSILS),
Prince Suleiman Momoh; Board Members representing Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) , Alh. Ishaq Nuhu Ibrahim; South- south, Sheikh Sadiq O. Musa and the Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), Barr Haroun Eze.

Also in attendance were the Secretary of the Commission, Dr Abdullahi Kontagora as well as Directors of Admin/HR and Legal Services.
