National Coordinator of Bola Ahmed Tinubu Ambassadors ( BAT Ambassadors),Chief Jamiu Ekungba has been appointed the Baba Adini of Owo Kingdom.
The appointment, by the Council of Imams and Alfas of Owo (CIAO), was conveyed to Chief Ekungba, a banker and member of the Board of Trustees of the All Progressives Congress (APC), through a letter dated 13th January,2023.
CIAO in the letter signed by Sheikh A.O. Aladesawe (Chairman) and Alhaji Bashiru Masud said the entire Muslim Community of Owo and environs was confered the title on Chief Ekungba, Ekun Agbara of Owo Kingdom, because of his moral,physical and material support towards the growth and development of Islam.
