The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has extended the deadline for the use of the old notes till February 10.
Governor of the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, announced the extension in a statement signed on Sunday.
The Governor also said so far the CBN has collected 1.9 trillion old Naira notes and left with 900 billion to achieve effective implementation of the policy.
