President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Mrs. Oluwatoyin Sakirat Madein, as the new Accountant General of the Federation.
The approval came following the successful conduct of a selection process to fill the existing vacancy.
In a statement from the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan, the appointment takes effect from 18th of May, 2023.
The new appointee is to resume immediately, according to the statement signed by Muhammed Abdullahi Ahmed, Director, Communications, Office of the Head of Service of the Federation.
