The Bauchi Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has commended it’s staff who recently retired from the service alongside those that left the Board on posting to other MDAs for their role in promoting Hajj Management in Bauchi State.
The Executive Secretary of the Board Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris hailed them for their immense contribution towards addressing issues, saying they have done well in supporting Hajj activities at the Board.
He made the assertion at a brief sendforth walima for the former staff which was held at the Conference Hall of the Board, in appreciation for their commitment and effort while in services to the Board.

While congratulating those that successful retired in the service and wishing them the best, Imam Abdurrahman urged those posted out to other MDAs from the Board to keep on doing good things in their new offices.
He used the forum to lament on bad attitude of some parents during child rearing, saying this make some of the children unproductive in the society.
Imam Abdurrahman therefore stressed the need for parents to support their wards on skill acquisition to make them self-reliance right from their younger age, adding that this strategic plans will save their future and assist the parents at their retirement age.
Earlier in his remarks, the Director Administration and Human resources of the Board, Malam Alkasim Dallami Shall noted that the sendforth was organized to honor staff who credibility served the Board in the past and a deliberate plan to encourage others to emulate them.
On his part Aliyu Muhammad Lele former Chief Store Officer who spoked on behalf of his colleagues expressed appreciations for the honor accorded to them, urged the Board to sustain the gesture.
The retired staff included former Director Finance and Account, Ya’u Teller; former Chief Store Officer, Aliyu Muhammad Lele and the former Chief Executive Officer, Hajiya Ramatu Abdullahi Kurba.
Those that left the Board on posting are the Staff Officer Yusuf Dahiru, Two 2 Chief Executive Officers Lawal Bala Aliyu and Saidu Nuhu with Head of secret registry Muhammad Mustapha LK.
