Bauchi Muslims Pilgrims Board ES  charges staff to uphold workplace ethics

The Executive Secretary Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris, has changed the management and staff of the Board to embrace workplace ethics to produce best results towards ensuring the welfare of pilgrims.

The Executive Secretary gave the charge at a brief occasion held at the Conference hall of the Board, organised to present a recommendation letter to Ten (10) numbers of the Boards staff who distinguished themselves to service.

He  said the  occasion is a timely and deliberate effort to encourage hardworking and performance of duty inline with Civil service rules and regulations.

He implored the staff to shun unethical behaviours in the service, such as lexity and negligence, urged them to  step up and double effort in service delivery.

In their separate remarks, the Director Admin and Human Resources Alh. Murtala Bawa and Director operation Alh Sabiu Barau Ningi applauded the Executive Secretary for setting up a precedent that motivate staff.

Highlights of the occasion is an official handover of the office of  Director Finance and account from the outgoing Director Alh. Abba Ibrahim Giade who have just retired in the service to incoming Director Malam Dahiru Abdulkadir who was transferred from Local Government Pension Board.
