Akwa Ibom State chairman of the APC, Obong Stephen Ntukekpo, was on Monday sworn in by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abdullahi Adamu.
The historic event was witnessed by the National Secretary of the Party, Otunba Iyiola Omisore, and other members of the National Working Committee (NWC), at the party headquarters in Abuja.
