Minister, Niger Delta Affairs Ministry, Senator Godswill Akpabio, arrived Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital on Tuesday night.
Upon his arrival, he went straight to inspect facilities at the Ikot Ekpene Township Stadium, venue of his presidential declaration slated for Wednesday.
