Election into executive positions of Lawyers in the Media (LIM), a forum of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has been conducted . In an election held virtually on Monday, 4th November 2024 and participated by the founding members of LIM, the following candidates got elected:
1) ADAM ADEDIMEJI Esq. – Chairman;
2) SANDRA UMEH – Vice Chairman;
3) ADELANWA BAMGBOYE – Secretary;
4) JUDE IGBANOI – Treasurer;
5) GBOLAHAN GBADAMOSI – Ex Officio i;
6) CHARLES ODENIGBO – Ex Officio ii;
7) JOHN UNACHUKWU – Ex Officio iii.
Adedimeji was a former Law editor and member of the editorial board of Daily Independent newspapers. He was LIM secretary between 2014 – 2018. A trained lawyer, journalist and certified Islamic scholar, Adam is a Senior Legislative Aide with the National Assembly Service Commission.
