The leadership and entire membership of Good Governance Advocates (GoGA) received with profound shock, deep sorrow, and a heavy heart the news of the passing of the South West Zonal Woman Leader, Arabinrin Yetunde Shakirat Adesanya, whose demise occurred yesterday( Friday).

Her departure represents a monumental loss not only to her immediate family but also to the people of Odogbolu Local Government, Ogun State, the All Progressives Congress (APC) family across the South West, and all who were privileged to benefit from her exemplary leadership, political sagacity, and unwavering commitment to the advancement of women and grassroots development.

As a distinguished daughter of Odogbolu Local Government, Arabinrin Adesanya embodied service, dedication, humility, and courage. She was a bridge-builder, a dependable mobilizer, and a committed advocate whose contributions to the growth of the party and the empowerment of women will remain indelible in the annals of political development in the South West and beyond.

At this difficult moment, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her immediate family and loved ones, praying that Almighty God grants them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

We also commiserate with the Government, traditional institutions, sons and daughters, and the entire people of Odogbolu Local Government, who have lost one of their finest ambassadors and most illustrious daughters.

Our sympathies equally go to the leadership and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) South West, who have lost a steadfast leader, loyal party woman, and passionate advocate for progressive ideals.

As proud sons and daughters of Odogbolu, we particularly identify with and commiserate with Aare Otunba Adebayo Odunowo, a prominent stakeholder and pillar of our organization, Good Governance Advocates (GoGA), on the painful loss of this distinguished daughter of the local government. We pray that God comforts him and all associates of the deceased during this period of grief.

While death has deprived us of her physical presence, it cannot erase the remarkable legacy she built through selfless service, dedication to humanity, and commitment to the progress of society. Her memory will continue to inspire generations of women, political leaders, and community builders.

May Almighty God forgive her shortcomings, reward her good deeds abundantly, grant her eternal rest, and give all those she left behind the strength and courage to bear this painful loss.
