The operators have been given till May 22 to do so.

In a circular issued on Tuesday and signed by the Regional General Manager, Kabir Mohammed, the relocation order is hinged on the safety and security of the airport ahead of the  inauguration of the President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 29.

“The Presidential Inauguration is a high security event, and in order to ensure the safety and security of parties involved, it has become necessary to temporarily relocate all aircraft parked at the GAT to alternate airports”, FAAN said.
