Cracks in the relationship between Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu appeared to be over as the two of them met in Abuja on Wednesday.
The meeting took place at the Abuja residence of Tinubu, former governor of Lagos State and Presidential Candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC).
Also in attendance at the meeting was Senator Kashim Shettima, the running mate to Tinubu.
Relationship between Osinbajo and Tinubu went all time low when the two, considered as political allies , locked horns at the APC Presidential primaries in June.
While six contestants stepped down, Osinbajo and some others went into the contest against Tinubu.
The Vice President was roundly defeated by Tinubu under whom he had served as Lagos State Commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General.
Tinubu scored 1,271 votes to Osinbajo’s 235 and the relationship between them was said to have been frosty since then.
