UNN Dept. of Geology visits VC, presents details of NAPE Annual International Conference and Exhibition

The Department of Geology at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) recognized as the most dynamic department in Nigeria for advancing the training of geoscientists and mining professionals,  recently paid a visit to the Vice-Chancellor ,Professor Simon Uchenna Ortuanya,
to share the department’s recent achievements, including several prestigious awards it has received.

During the meeting, the department also presented details of the NAPE Annual International Conference and Exhibition, specifically its 61st edition, to the Vice-Chancellor.

The NAPE Annual International Conference and Exhibition (AICE) is the flagship event for the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE).

Recognized as the largest gathering of petroleum explorationists and energy professionals in sub-Saharan Africa, it serves as a premier platform for knowledge exchange, technical innovation, and strategic discourse in the oil and gas industry.
