NAHCON kick-starts survey on transformation journey

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria ( NAHCON), under it’s new Chairman/ CEO, Alhaji Zikrullah Kunle Hassan,has kick-started a survey on a transformation journey that will be driven by digital technologies.

It has therefore asked it’s critical stakeholders to visit http://survey.nigeriahajjcom.gov.ng and respond to a questionnaire categorized into six stakeholder groups,namely International Pilgrims,State Pilgrims,State Pilgrims’ Welfare Boards/Agencies/Commission, Federal Government Institutions, Travel Agents/Tour Operators, Saudi Arabia stakeholders and NAHCON staff.

The apex Hajj agency in the country assured that “This survey will take just about 5 minutes of your time.”

Information on the link reads in part: “Our esteemed stakeholders, we believe you are the reason why we exist as an organization and you have the right to be served better. The new management of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) led by Alhaji Zikrullah Kunle Hassan has embarked on a transformation journey that will be driven by digital technologies and innovations.

” This is aimed at bringing efficiency into Hajj/Umrah operations and to improve stakeholders’ and pilgrims’ service experience. Therefore, we are developing a Strategic Transformation Plan (2020-2024) as a tool to engineer a brighter future for NAHCON.

“The objective of this study is to collect data that will assist the Commission to develop a transformation plan in which its implementation will enable capabilities that will translate into the transformation of pilgrims experience before, during and after Hajj/Umrah exercise.”
