The Edo Muslim Youths Advocacy Initiative (EMYAI), widely recognized as Muslim Youths in Politics (MYP), has expressed its heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Dennis Idahosa, following his inauguration as the Deputy Governor of Edo State.
The group in a said ” This momentous occasion marks a historic milestone for Edo State, as both the Governor and his Deputy are esteemed legislators celebrated for their impactful contributions to their constituencies.”
In a letter dated 13th November 2024 and signed by Alhaji Shaidu Mahamud, its Coordinator, the organization conveyed its optimism in the new administration’s ability to deliver exemplary governance.
The letter underscored the high expectations placed on the administration and expressed the belief that it possesses the requisite qualities to fulfill the promises of democracy to the people of Edo State.
EMYAI pledged its unwavering support for the administration, offering both innovative ideas and fervent prayers for its success. The organization emphasized the significance of wisdom and collective support in governance, expressing confidence that the deputy governor will serve as an inspirational role model for the youth of Edo State.
