The Department of State Service (DSS) has released the detained Nigeria Labour President, Joe Ajaero.
This was confirmed in a post on NLC’s official X handle around 2am, Tuesday.
The Congress had earlier demanded the immediate and unconditional release of Ajaero before 12am.
The NLC President was arrested at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, at Abuja by operatives of the DSS on his way to the UK to attend a Trade Union Congress (TUC) meeting.
